to carry out MediNurse obligations arising from any agreement entered into between MediNurse and you, for example to take payment. This is necessary for the performance of MediNurse`s agreement with you;

to inform medical institutes about interest in their vacancy. This is necessary in MediNurse’s legitimate interests to ensure that the medical institutes are fully aware of the value provided by the service, and of the details of individuals who have expressed interest in them;

to send you confirmation emails or text messages to verify and confirm your contact details or other information, and to provide you with service updates. This is:

necessary for the performance of MediNurse’s agreement with you;

necessary in MediNurse’s legitimate interests to ensure that you are kept fully up to date with the service;

to contact you about any queries you have, whether via our contact formula, email, chat or any other method. This is necessary in MediNurse’s legitimate interests to ensure that candidate queries are dealt with and responded to;

MediNurse may use your information in an anonymity and/or aggregated manner in order to produce management reports and to analyse the data so that it can enhance its IT systems or website. MediNurse doesn’t allow third-parties to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permits them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with its instructions.
MediNurse will disclose your personal data to third parties if:

MediNurse has put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
